Hi ;)

Winner must activate won game on their account. So you can't activate key for other game and mark GA as received.

If key was invalid GA creator should provide working key. Or accept not received status on their profile.

You should either ask creator to provide working key to activate on account, or acquire it on your own and activate. Otherwise you risk being suspended for having not activated wins.

Well, I received another game in compensation of this, but I didn't know that rule (thanks!). I will mark as not received then (have to wait some days to mark as not received)

Hi again,

feedback can be changed up to 30 days after GA is marked as received. So you won't be able to change it on your own.

To be able to change it now you have to write ticket to support.
