MSKOTOR, sorry to hijack this thread on an old GA of yours, but there is no easy way to send you a message. (I checked on the old Support ticket from 8 months ago in which you chimed in to avoid escalation of an argument. I appreciate the free? service that you moderators give to the community to resolve hiccups in the system. I do not intend to get Eiior to rage and abandon his contribution.)

I am giving away more of these Ice Bastion DLC. I made a larger audience to win the GA, but I goofed and put a LVL4 restriction on it, instead of something easier like LVL2. Too many users have this DLC; despite me warning them to check, winners often discover that they already have the DLC. (I do not blacklist for a simple oversight as this.)

18 copies. only 7 entrants. 3 already have the DLC. I do not mind making multiple rerolls since they are easy to take care of the problem. Like 8 months ago, a reroll is impossible. There are NO other entrants. I will refrain from insulting their intelligence, the winners are just trying to be responsive and forthright: like months ago, ALL 3 of them asked for an impossible reroll.

So, I responded to each of them briefly (implying that a reroll is not a possible resolution) that I need a request for a removal. I submitted the Support ticket and Eiior blocked the request because only 2 of the 3 had responded for "removal" rather than the "impossible reroll". Ok. Sure. So, I requested from Sibereren AGAIN. Today, he gave consent for "removal."

In the Support Ticket, I do not understand why I am being called out as an abuser of the system by Eiior. This happened once before. (It is not a "delete of the GA"; it is a "removal of a winner.") I have followed the proper procedure. Now, Eiior falsely accuses me of DEMANDING a removal when I have no right to make such a request. I have been given "fair warning."

What universe does Eiior live in? All 3 of these winners have specifically stated that they CANNOT redeem the DLC because it already exists on their account. Reroll is NOT possible. Why am I being accused of abusing winners with my request to "please change your verbiage from reroll to remove."?? From a winner's perspective, a reroll is the SAME THING as abandoning their association with the win.
