if you got this game from the russian Website for free it is probably Region locked for only rus.

If you've gotten the key from the Russian website today, it's region locked to only Russia. You would need to delete the giveaway and recreate it with the proper region locked tags. We will not be able to reroll the giveaway due to it being region locked.

I believe the giveaway is for "Black Desert Online Remastered" as opposed to "Black Desert Remastered", though I haven't looked into the difference between the two. I referred to https://steamdb.info/app/582660/
And the only other AppId for the game appeared to be for South American countries.
