But I didn't knew This rules was changed in this post (2 months ago) : https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/UUGiG/allowing-giveaways-for-games-in-promotions-or-games-that-are-temporarily-free

So please excuse me i wasn't right.

no problem,
you used to not be able to give them away. as in you cant even select the game on this site in the giveaway. not you are not allowed to.
now you can, but i think you don't get points
