That was brutal. He clearly doesn't know what he is talking about.
Maybe someone who bought into the russian propaganda that says that the government of ukrain is facist which it obviously isn't.

There is. Check on his SteamGifts profile if you want to send a report. No idea if that qualifies for inappropriate behavior or not but just wanted to point out that there is such an option.
