Actually ZaknazaaR is right. That's the new "Gold" edition that you linked that has both of these dlc. If you bought the old "GOTY" edition, it did not include these two (or G&K for that matter).

So if you bought the old GOTY edition, like me, you didn't get these two and should be ok to enter. Thanks btw!
