Can someone even enter if they already have it? Dunno if it works correctly with DLC like soundstracks but they shouldn't be able to I think.

Steam does not report what DLC you have, only what games you have, so there's sadly no way for SG to tell if someone has any particular piece of DLC (there are some exceptions to this rule, but in general, what DLC someone owns is "invisible" to anyone outside of their friends list)
