Well, I don't really know what's the problem with this giveaway (there's kind of language barrier), but from what I can understand, m0rphineCKY wants a reroll because it's a key (or gift, don't really know) only to brazilians instead of south americans.
If that's the case, I don't have a problem with support granting a reroll.

Actually, a mexican won one of my giveaways and I had no trouble sending him the gift.
What locks this trade is that Argentina has a different price on that game specifically.
