That's sweet of you to care for those cats. When I was growing up, my neighbors had a cat that sometimes waited for me to get off the school bus. He'd sit on the electrical box outside because it was warm. One time, when it was autumn and raining outside, he sat on my lap for warmth. Not a very interesting story, but I miss him! He moved away with the neighbors. Fuzzy was his name.

Looking for your puzzles is way harder than looking for the strays that I feed. I feed them in the dead of night so I won't have to talk to ppl 🤣

Cat's are the best people ever! Sometimes the neighbours cat comes by, i feed him regularly and sometimes we'll just sit on the front door stairs and enjoy each others company. If anyone cares to ask, i'll always respond with "He's my friend!" 🙂

It's wonderful that you're keeping an eye out for the strays, I know most people would say they don't need it but every bit of effort helps to keep them safe. My mum spent alot of her life taking care of strays and seeing to cats who most other people around us just didn't care about. Most of them we found homes for, some of them joined our cat family (much to the disdain of our other cats.....who conveniently forgot they were strays or rescues themselves 😂).

Eventually the cats seemed to zero in on her like radar 🤣 and some of them trained other ape things people to bring them straight to her, because as she was often (and usually dismissively) referred to as the Cat Lady. My mum was never happier to have a title like that. Cheers for the event, having alot of fun looking for puzzles and seeing the pretty kitties 😻.
