Finland and Russia, in both countries " this product is not available for purchase in this country". (yes, I am travelling between them a lot)

This giveaway had region restrictions based on the countries that the game that it can be activated in

  • The game can be activated in Finland
  • The game can't be activated in Russia

You could enter this giveaway but you could not activate the game. So, your regions do not match.
