Hi. I'm getting an error attempting to redeem your gift, and I contacted Steam support about this. They have asked if you can try to re-send it:

can you please ask the other user to log in to their Steam account and navigate to the 'Games' menu and select 'Manage Gifts & Guest Passes'.

From their Steam Inventory, they can find the gift and select 'Re-send gift'.

If you originally sent the gift via e-mail, try sending directly via Steam, or if you originally sent via Steam, try sending it to my e-mail address on record in the winners section of your giveaway.

If it fails again, they ask that you submit a support request from your end, referencing my request [HT-N3F5-XN5P-Q397].

Hopefully, we can get this working.

Just marking this "Not Received" while there is still an issue with it, to avoid problems with those who check for unactivated wins after a week - if we can resolve the issue, I'll be sure to mark it Received.
