Hey, as I was reviewing giveaways for Playing Appreciated I came across this giveaway where the winner is both a member of PA and Unlucky-7 and the GA creator told the winner

I never been a member, I don't know how you run the group or you enforce the rules over there, I just thought this might be some info you would want to know (because I know I would if someone would try to get around the rules in PA).
