Looks like it, clothes, and a pistol skin. It doesn't even include the 18€ (!!!!!) OST, only a 2 or 3€ soundtrack swap.

It's an utter waste to allow people potentially deny a game from others because of a few skins.

Well it's up to the gifter of course. I usually go by the content of the DLC and the value compared to the game's price.
I am just honestly surprised that the DLC for the game are not more meaningful, as there are quite a few.
