Example, I have seen Australian users who have altered their profile to be anti-Putin/anti-Russian, so have changed their country to Ukraine ...

Yea but that requires reading the Guidelines and FAQs, etc ... honestly the vast majority of SG users have never done so.

The legit users of SG are the minority, we are outnumbered by bots, people with multiple accounts, people who join up only to realise you have to giveaway games to level up so leave, silly people who don't obey rules on purpose, etc.
