There are many good soundtracks from games to name. Personally, I prefer the music made by Jesper Kyd (Assassin's Creed and Hitman series, Darksiders II). Other excellent soundtracks are: Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Dear Esther, Risen & Risen 2.

I really like Bastion and Y's series soundtracks. :)

Hard to say. A game I've always thought had a great and extremely fitting soundtrack is Uplink.

I like the Portal games soundtracks. Usually listen to them when studing.

Deus Ex, Jurassic Park on the NES, DKC2, Portal 2, Lost Odyssey, Mega Man 2, just to name a few.
