Well I searched for that bug, and found out it happened on the 15 of June, this year.
They sent out a mail saying that they can't honor the purchases made, but offer a 20% discount for the purchase done. http://www.thegx.co/news/1384/ubisoft-apologizes-for-store-issue/
I guess these keys will not be valid soon enough, if not already.

None of those keys work in that screenshot as they're sold ones. I actually have 98 spare keys, so I'll whack up a few more entries after this one expires. ;)
