The DLC's cost more than the game for those who bought the Humble THQ Bundle...in fact, one DLC alone cost more than the entire bundle did(depending on the DLC)...
And to be fair, most of those who really wanted to play it would've gotten it already, either through a major retailer at full price on release because "They just can't live without it!(fanboys)", through the Humble THQ Bundle, or one of the many Amazon THQ packs that also had Saints Row:The Third in it at a really cheap price. The only way you could've missed those sales was if you lived under a rock for close to around two to three months.
Anyways, this is a moot point. It's up to the giver to determine if people with the base game can enter or not. If he accepts, then I'm entering too.
