how was yours?

It was pretty great! The kids had this Chinese New Year event at school, where they played traditional games, put on performances, and ran a "Chinese street market" in the gym where they sold items donated by their parents and teachers. I bought a ton of junk to use as class prizes. Now I've got two weeks of holiday, which is fantastic, minus the part where pretty much every single shop and service shuts down for the spring festival. (So good luck buying groceries, getting haircuts, etc.)

busy and stressful

Overall pretty well. Finished up a project at work. The weekend was a welcome break. I went to duolingo and started learning Portuguese.

Long week worked in -30C. (-40C winds)

I passed a public tendering,so I'm really happy. It's temporary(~1 year) but I'll able to upgrade my PC and probably get a driver's license.

Looked for a job whole week, like last week.

Simple and calm as always :)

It was pretty hectic, trying to finish work and preparing for the Lunar New Year. It's was worthwhile though ... celebrating family reunion dinner with the family is very memorable.
