Gratuitous Space Battles

Humble Bundles can't even be split up anyhow. There's no way to gift them individually. If this was from the Humble Bundle the issue would be the giveaway being misleading considering it's being listed under an individual game and not the bundle that it is.

If you're going to bitch about rules, you should have some more proof first. It would also help to make sure you're bitching about the right ones.

He doesn't have the game in his inventory, so he's assuming most likely... A lot of people are pretty fed up about this kinda stuff, but I can see the views from both sides.

Gifts in your inventory can be set to private so no one can see them. Not being able to see it doesn't necessarily mean it's not there.

I'm not saying this guy is definitely wrong or anything, just that it's ridiculous to make assumptions so quickly with no evidence whatsoever indicating that it is the bundle.

Don't you know how people work bundle games? They choose the highest value game from the set of HIB keys, set a giveaway up, and say "X game + y z games too!"

If your inventory is private it will still show coupons, just not gifts, so that's not proof.

No kidding that the TOS say that, and I know that people often list the bundle under one game in it to get more contributor value for the bundle. That being said, it doesn't change the fact that your original comment implied that they can be split up when they can't (very poor wording). He's not (allegedly) gifting a game from a bundle, he's gifting the bundle itself (again, allegedly), just under false pretenses. You still have no solid proof that that's the case though.

No one said you were calling anyone out either so you're getting defensive over something that didn't happen. It does, however, state right in the paragraph you yourself quoted "There's no reason to post accusations in the comments, and users doing so may be suspended for inappropriate behavior." So follow the advice of your own little blurb there and hit the report button and move on. It's not your job to police giveaways. Even if you claim that you're just being informative, it could easily be taken otherwise so go ahead and put yourself at risk with your dumb comments, I don't care.

Just get your damn facts straight before you go running your mouth off. Defending yourself with incorrect information just makes you look like an idiot.
