What is the difference between this and "Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package"? That being only 50 USD/points, and seems to contain all DLCs - I cannot find the franchise pack on Steam store.
The Franchise pack was from the Steam Summer Sale. It is lacking the Genki Girl DLC (three novelty vehicles) but otherwise includes the same DLC as the new "Full Package". I assume this one is priced higher because it was priced using summer 2012 pricing and then removed from the Steam catalog so the price never went down. The new "Full Package" was presumably built using newer, lower base prices.
