This one has taken me hours, and I'm still nowhere closer than when I started.
Besides the first cart hinting possibly to a similar cipher, there's nothing to go on.
The inputs and the various cipher settings compounded with the endless places to output, it's just a guessing game.
It's supposed to be obvious, but I'm beginning to count the edges and the more significant bits, program for morse detection, I'm even considering playing Bad Rats for a clue 🤔💢.

Thanks to all 80 people who guessed the solution through trial-and-error and didn't think to offer any help, I'll now be spoiling it for anyone stuck without a clue. (Hint 1 should be enough to figure it out a lot quicker, Hint 3 addresses the massive leap of logic required)
Hints:
It's a 5character code which goes directly to the SG giveaway
The surrounding stuff (containing 5-character codes, or capitalization keys, etc) are the red herring this time
Take the primary ciphertext and extract the biliteral sub-string (based on the clue from Cart #1, but don't get carried away thinking that's the cipher)

That's literallynottrue. It was difficult to give any more hints without spoiling the whole puzzle, which the author asked not to do.
"Yup, it's all in the description" and "HA, HA." is all you should need to solve this puzzle, and I even threw in an extra hidden clue in my image to even the odds. After all, this one is SG puzzle solving 101 and it's not the first time it's used in this puzzle train, as you hinted in your hints.

Ok, I got the biliteral substring
Used the same cipher from Cart #1, because I cannot find any other ciphers using biliteral strings
Managed to get 5 characters, all lowercase, which are not the ones to take me to the next Cart.
Any help?
