That's very odd a I got it just yesterday from fanatical and already own the game myself. Shouldn't be used already.

Yup, tried 3 times. Can forward you a screenshot of the rejection message if you want to share your contact info. If it worked it would have been activated already. Maybe take it up with fanatical?
