I played a similar, super simplified version I think on kongregate, it was literally just buying a house cheap, wait as the prices fluctuated, sold it to buy bigger. Click on owned to sell, click on not owned to buy. But it was quite fun!
This seems to be a more complex, but still laidback version of it :)
