Did you actually get this? Because your profile shows only the free game Pixel Puzzles 1: Japan, which unlocks a DLC called "Puzzle Pack: PP1 Japan", not this one.

No, it gave me PP2 RADical ROACH. But I marked it received cause its still a dlc for the same game. Should I not have?

It means you did not get the game promised in the giveaway yet you marked it as received, which is a fake giveaway feedback that falls under the infraction called "misuse of giveaway feedback". I suggest scrolling down this page to see what would happen to your account if someone from support even learns about it by chance.

The Reptile pack was a free mass giveaway which cannot be gifted on this site, it is also breaking a rule. I highly suggest trying to contact the gifter and clearing this up by either deleting this giveaway with both of your approvals or supplying you a key to this exact DLC, because right now technically both of you are going against the site terms of service and rules.
In the meantime, I would suggest marking this as not received before someone who would report the both of you stumbles upon this giveaway. The Pixel Puzzle DLC giveaways are under suspicion right now by the community, so it is not only me who checks upon them.
