Sadly I was asked to be in a group for being friendly and having a good ratio of entries to comments. Now you cannot say thanks to people anymore. =(

Well when you say the exact same thing in every GA, for 5 or 6 in a row, it tends to look like a bot. I try to use the creators name to show I am not a bot, and I try to actually write a coherent sentence and not just "Thanks". But I also have stopped writing a comment in every GA. Only if I am "inspired" for some reason.

well I say the same thing because its just how I would say it in real life. I wouldn't change up my thanks every time I want to thank someone. I usually resort to the "thanks!" or "thank you!". I only use those two so if people report me for that then so be it I guess. I'll stop leaving comments on this page now and leave everyone alone lol

Than "Thanks Bob" or "Thank You Bob!" Still shows you are not a bot, as they do not do that yet.

Honestly I'm pretty sure someone could make a bot pull the giver's name from the page and do it that way.

As for me, personally, I have stopped saying thanks, because I feel like there are more gifters who dislike it than there are who like it. However, I do sometimes wonder if I've ever been blacklisted for not saying thanks. Oh well. Win some, lose some I guess.
