Yeah I totally understand that. Its just it mentions that the person can join up IF their account is over a certain worth (to prevent multiple accounts I think). My sister can't however. I just had to ask as somewhere else it mentions decisions like this are basically up to the person giving away the product as its their giveaway. Thanks for the heads up though.
No, I believe it's against the rules no matter what. Unfortunately the only way your sister can get this game is if her account is worth that certain amount, and then enters herself.
If she lives in the same house (shares the same IP), having her create her own account could result in both of them getting banned, as it could be considered using multiple accounts.
@TheJapaneseDeskFlipp, the rules say that you must activate all won games on your account. If you enter and win, you MUST activate Fallout 3 on your account. If you have family sharing activated, yes, she will be able to play it... but if it's against the rules or not is unknown, since it doesn't clearly say you can't do that in the FAQ. I guess either contact support and ask them, or just do what you think is right.
