Good Luck.

Hey

For obvious reasons i am writing it here, i could not get sleeping pills from the doctor and then they only give it to you for 3 weeks yet my mother and a friend of hers can get them for decades.
And i tried a lot of products, i came across a thing called RC (research chemicals) here it's not illegal if you buy it, but also not something you buy at a pharmacy it's very grey, and why they put not for human consumption on it so they can sell it, but a lot of drugs forums here are just full with people that do, also with insomnia.
3 days ago i got something in called etizolam (they also sell that in a pharmacy i think), you got blotters (sort of dissolved in paper) or pellets which i have that are just pills.
Which are of the same kind as all those sleeping pills ending with pam (tremazapam, oxazepam, diazepam etc) well i went to bed last night at 2:00 and was just shocked to waking up 12:00 this morning..I don't have it that long to say anything about long term effect and if i also will get trouble again with my right side (because then i will quit) but for now, even if you take it during the day you get that chill effect.

Offcourse you must not have a habit of addiction nor take too many with these kind of things.

The reason many medications say 2 or 3 weeks max consecutive use, is because they can have some components that do not get flushed from your system easily, and those accumulate and when a person keeps using the meds they end up having too much of whatever the substance in the case of that medication is in their liver or kidneys and that can lead to issues.
That applies even to many medications, even to something like TUMS for acid burn - if used every single day can lead to kidney stones or something. That's of course a lot lets serious than something like sleeping medication. That is as far as I know the reason some meds say "use for 2 weeks only unless instructed by doctor"
my fiancee's body cannot handle sleeping pills, she's had some times in the past, just this Christmas for instance where the doctors were worried about possible kidney problems, so we can't try sleeping pills for her sleep problems, so for now we're managing, at least she works from home, so she can have moments to just lay down even if she can't fall asleep

thanks for the info though, Lugum. maybe one day we'll both find solutions :D

Well also that warning is for some people otherwise getting addicted to it.

But every body is different, why some people are lactose intolerant, and most are not.
So why there might also be different solutions for her then with me, i don't worry and such, i don't sit on my smartphone before going to bed, so those things won't help for me, but maybe she is a worrier, i heard writing in a journal before going to bed can help there.

It's horrible for people with insomnia when society/companies are quick to say those people are just lazy instead of recognizing it as a serious thing, and it does really impact someone's working situation, most will not have that luxury to work from home, and it was one out of 3 reasons that i lost my previous job.

Good luck.

actually most adults are lactose intolerant to a degree, it's just that many are not intolerant enough for it to be an issue. But we're wired to stop consuming milk as we grow older. But that's just a tangent lol

She does worry a lot, that's partly her problem. And sleep issues are so difficult because they literally affect every other aspect of your life. Not enough sleep = difficulties with other rhythmical system issues like digestion. it affects mood, productivity, general health, energy, motivation. Literally everything about a person is affected by not getting enough sleep. And a lot of people don't seem to understand that unless they experience it. They think, oh it's fine, just have a coffee and you're back to working like normal. That works for someone who had 1 night of bad sleep, when it's weeks, and months and years... That can't even be compared.

I wish you luck as well.
