I wonder if it's to do with this part mentioned in the developer's email about the game:
To celebrate, we are running the Dungelot 100 Floor Twitch Challenge. We have sent streamers special builds of the game -- that have 100 floors, no story or chapters -- and when they get to a new 5th floor, a Steam key spawns in their game.
