btw steamgifts can NOT see who already owns dlc so you need to manually check the winner because people like myself who already own it can enter

did you get the dlcs by winning them on steamgifts? because that is the only way for steamgifts to be able to know if you have the dlc because the steam api does not have a way for things to check to see if people own specific dlc

I know this is at least currently true because I own this dlc (not obtained though steamgifts) and can still enter the giveaway
