Apparently, there are 2 different versions. If you can enter this, you cannot get the DLC or use the DayZ mod with the version you have. Haven't been able to figure out why.

You don't own both, you own https://steamdb.info/app/33910/ but not https://steamdb.info/app/33900/ . This is set up as a giveaway of the latter because of Steamgifts being set up in many peculiar/dumb ways.

(This most certainly is a giveaway for the game you already own.)
