Sorry thats, partly, wrong.
They can only change between the SAME game when it is the wrong version, as example a Deluxe Edition and not the normal one.

If it is Platypus and not Platypus II they can't change it.

I had that case a short time ago :o( so i know it for sure :o)

I don't know how the support handle it by a normal Version to Remastered because they have 2 different shop pages.
Better write the support and hope they answer the ticket fast enough.

The winner can't mark it as recieved if he gets a other Version and the support aren't able to change it or their system will think he got a Game and traded/sold it away.
