I can't enter because of "missing the base game," but this isn't a DLC, it's the full game.

Same here.

That's because this version became a DLC "No Time To Explain Legacy", the base game was remastered and is now called "No Time To Explain Remastered".

And to have the legacy version you need to have the Remastered.

It was probably a selection error by whoever made the draw who selected the wrong version.
