Need a tool to sort my emoticons

Hello guys. What tool i can use to sort all my emoticons? I have over 3500 emojis.
I saw steam.tools site dont work anymore

Has steam.tools not been working for a while? It was my go-to for emoticons and backgrounds.

unfortunately i see that site dont allow you to check inventory value, sort emojis, because "server is too busy". This problem is over 2 week now.

There's also montuga, but that's for value only and they recently disabled Steam inventory lodding. Valve is closing down too much.
