I still do not understand, why I need to watch this video if I'm Russian

Because your nation is at a critical point in its history. Every Russian now has to decide how they're going to come to terms with Russia's war crimes. There are really only 2 possible ways it can go - either you admit that your leaders have put your nation on the wrong side of history and the world's condemnation is deserved, or you go into denial and keep buying into the ever more ridiculous propaganda, digging yourself an ever deeper hole until it's impossible to ever escape.
The comparison in the video to the Serbs is quite powerful. They were the leading nation within Yugoslavia, but fell for fascist propaganda telling them they were actually under threat and needed to enforce dominance over the other nations in the union. And in the resulting breakup they were driven into a genocidal frenzy by their leaders, then fell into deep denial about what had happened. And to this day they remain in solid denial, believing themselves victims of western aggression over the NATO bombings. And so Serbia remains internationally isolated, mostly by choice, its only real partner being Putin's Russia. A partner in the process of losing its economy.
This issue is personal for me because I'm 25% Serbian myself. But that's not something I generally talk about, as far as anyone else is concerned I'm purely Bulgarian. The Serbian people's overwhelming lack of honesty and remorse about the recent past makes me not want to be associated with them in any way.
I don't want the same thing to happen to Russia's people.

I live abroad and have no business with Russia for 13 years. What a decision you are talking about?

So you no longer identify as Russian? People don't ask you what you think of the war and Putin's regime?

Thanks for bringing that video to my attention. The comparison with Serbia opened me to a line of thought I hadn't considered before - see my reply to maxakagaret above.
