Fallout: New Vegas

Good luck!

I hope you won't run into region issues. Fallout: New Vegas has a really weird regional setup on Steam. Eastern European countries (including some EU ones on top of RU/CIS ) can't even see this version of the game on Steam. Instead we get a regional variant with separate store and community page: https://steamdb.info/app/22490/
If someone from these regions wins this they probably won't be able to use the key.

Some versions also only work or don't work for Germany (check Info part of any sub for region restrictions). Pain.

Anyway, schmetti check the winner as they could enter even if they have the game.

Here's the 2 store pages: RU/East/Central Europe here and global here. This also means there's 2 separate community hubs and difficulties with mods.

Worst part is the division was done retroactively, which caused quite a shitstorm.

I didn't know that. Interesting. I bought this key on Fanatical (https://www.fanatical.com/de/game/fallout-new-vegas) and they have a region list for their games where you can see where the key works and where not. I used the Region Restriction-option based on this list. Hope this will work. :)
