For the sake of the argument - what's the point of "you have to make a giveaway if you win one" rule? That's just blind trading, I could just as easily add a random person and ask them to put any games from their inventory in the trade window and I'll do the same. The effect is basically the same.
On a side note, I love your avatar and group name. I'm thinking of ordering a PC version of the SNES gamepad one day :)

Actually that's a very good way for a group to die young.

You do understand that with your system there will be more giveaways more each next month thna previous? And in a few months there will be more giveawys than peaople can get back with them? And this is why it will be spammed with 0.99$ giveaways?

Yes. If people don't enter those 0.99$ DLC then they won't count and the people doing those still need to give something back. If people enter, then everything is fine. Because someone actually wanted to win that.
I don't expect everyone to follow the rules, people will leave or let go for not creating giveaways when they are supposed to, there won't be too much of overflow.

I have given away 19.99 USD to SG. I don't really have the cash to give-away stuff atm or for a while. However I still own my SNES and play it and own the best SNES games ever made. Super Metroid and Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past. Canz I join?

We are just another Giveaway Group, we have a SNES Gamepad for an Avatar though, so yeah, that's a thing.
You can find the rules in the links below, you should actually read them before asking for an invite
We plan on having around 25 members, you may still ask for an invite if we have more than 30 members, but you probably won't get invited.
I'm not replying to you if i invited you, but i will reply if i won't invite you(To tell you "why").
