I don't know if I can join to a giveaway

The thing is... I have "Age of Empires II HD" in steam, but I want to join a giveaway that has "Age of Empires II HD + The Forgotten Expansion", ¿Are there any problem if I join to it? (sorry if I have any error, I talk spanish)

Nah, if there's no special rule approved my a mod, then it's fine to enter it :)

Since you don't own the DLC you can enter the bundle giveaway. However it's up to the giveaway creator if he sees the winner already has part of the bundle, he can request a new winner based on that. No special rule needed.

The choice to reroll is independant from rule approval, and it can even be used on public giveaways.

Rerolling based on the winner owning part of a bundle/pack overrides the "no rules in public giveaways" rule.
