it won't be used. it will ask them to install whichever naruto game the key is for, though. or maybe ask if they want to play if it's installed already.

If they DON'T own the game it will be used, if they own it it will tell them it is already owned and offer to install the game. So there is some risk involved if it was something completely different then expected.

There are four versions of Naruto, but not all are available across regions I think.
There should also be one that was released in February, so that's a premium game (if it is that).
The others aren't all that bad either, value-wise, but may not be everyone's cup of tea.
