Something I don't like about this community.

You can't ask for a reroll just because you think the receiver is "unworthy".

Nobody can reroll if he considers winner is unworthy, that's not true. But GA creator can ask for reroll in situations like winner owns most of the games from pack, or winner violated rules.

That's not how re-rolls work. The re-rolls go through support, and there has to be a valid reason, like a rules violation, in order for it to be approved.

Didn't know you could reroll due to leeching. I thought it had to be a legitimate reason like regifting, not activating wins, etc.

The guy here says he'll reroll if the winner is a leecher. It's obviously his choice but it's śtill a bit douchey.

I have won a game and I assume the creator of the giveaway never actually owned the game or anything so I have never got it lol! but its all good!

Nah, this isn't really an elitist. Level 5+… now that is an elitist, considering it's like what, 0.3% of the user base on that level?

You do the GA and it is up to you, if you give the game or not. But if you do not give the game, you will lose GA slot, but you will get new slot with some another successful GAs.

You could ask for a re-roll but it's up to support and my understanding is that the policy is to reject reroll requests without some 'real' reason. In the new steamgifts the reroll requests don't even take into account any special 'rules' the gifter may have put in the description of their giveaway so many of the 'I will reroll if I don't like you' or equivalent would just be ignored if the gifter actually went through with the reroll request. With that said though there are legitimate rerolls when the winner already won the game, or the winner should be suspended for one reason or another which is actually against site rules instead of giveaway creator rules.
