Why Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller moved out from giveaways ?

Just found the recent record, this game end from giveaway 8 months ago. Why?

Bundle keys are available for a quarter of the full game. The Steam store only sells all 4 parts together, but bundle keys don't have that restriction. It was likely removed so people wouldn't give what was only part of the game.

Because they sold it elsewhere in parts. Just not in the Steam store.
