Simply put doing gifts through Steam is made incredibly difficult by having to add people on Steam, and then hoping that you won't have problems actually sending the gifts due to other region restrictions.
In saying that the winners have seven (7) days to accept the gift, so you' need to show some patience.
Only after that time can you request new winners.

Oof, I don't think you understand that I have ADHD and if this isn't done soon I'm gunna end up forgetting this site exists and continue on with my life, lol. So last time I did a giveaway on here it was a long time ago and there were more options, is there a way to directly send someone a gift on Steam without adding them or no? I sent a friend request and commented on their pages that they won for the winners of my giveaway and none of them have accepted, should I just have it pick new winners? I don't know any other way than them accepting my friends request
