About Delete Giveaway

Guys i delete my giveaway and now it says i haven't got giveaway limit. I write ticket but it still do'not reply it. Did you ever had something like that , how many day it takes they reply back ?

I didn't know to happen something like that , i read FAQ and i understand that it is ok if you put giveaway with accident but it looks it is forbidden or something like that. If i knew it i was buying that games and give the winner -_- what will happen do you think brother ?

It's not "forbidden" to delete a giveaway if you create one by accident. You do lose a giveaway slot every time you delete a giveaway, though. This is done to prevent people from creating fake giveaways and deleting them at the last minute.

If you send a ticket to support and explain the situation, they'll give you a couple of giveaway slots so you can create giveaways again.

I was use my steam account in a public computer , i think that someone did it when my account open. So i need to delete it , i got many giveaway with any problem. So i hope them to give me a couple of giveaway slot because i didn't know that, like i told if i was know it i bought and give it to them. Thanks for your helping brother.
