There's other bundles than the humble bundle you know. But all of the games and dlcs that you have given away has been part of Humble bundles and/or other bundles, so that's why your CV is not increasing.

And also it does not matter if you got your keys from other places than from a bundle, they are still on the bundle list.

What did you try exactly? There is an explanation that you're limited to $30 CV if you give away only bundled games/DLC ... and that's what you're doing.
