Is Loot Happens legit?

Hi! Apologies if this is the wrong place for this, but I don't see anyone talking about it anywhere online and I'm very curious about it. I've discovered this newsletter when I was entering some giveaways on Gleam and they were hosted by Cheat Happens (they host giveaways often, usually PCs and GPUs). Their newsletter, Loot Happens, just announced this week that if you are a free subscriber and upgrade to Premium then you will receive a AAA game (at least $30 value and they said they'll make sure you don't already own it). Premium subscribers also apparently get weekly game keys, unsure how many (1 per week perhaps?) and which games though since I couldn't find that info either. The subscription is $6/month. Has anyone tried their luck, what did you get if so? Also, what games have been featured recently for their subscribers? Do you consider this whole thing to be kind of dodgy or is it legit?
