If anyone does this, I recommend you get the pack and don't trade until he gets back. Trust trading is risky and no one ever needs the games that very instant.

SteamTrades would work if I had the money present with me right now, but that would make no sense as to pay more for a bundle when I can get the bundle really easily on Steam for cheaper.

You can just get someone in America (someone you trust, obviously) to send your card's number/CVV to you, and then visit Steam page for your region (http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=us in your case) and just buy it for yourself.

I'm in England and I very very badly want the Quake Con bundle. All my credit cards and cash are in America, and I return to America on the 8th, 3 days after the bundle deal ends. Can I strike up a deal with anybody where they buy the bundle and I buy them several games they want that accumulates to something in between $110-$130? Thanks for reading this, and I apologize if I sound desperate, needy or anything like that. EDIT: I forgot to detail, for safety reasons to ensure you will not be scammed you will hold the bundle in your inventory until I can pay you back on the 8th or 9th.
EDIT 2: A user who posted on this thread came up with a good idea, contact someone I know and see if they can give me their CC info to buy the bundle and give him money in exchange. So far I haven't gotten a reply, so now I'm just looking for someone who'll buy it on the last day of the sale if I don't get a response.
