Yep, it might take several days. Create a support ticket and wait. And you can also bump your ticket by sending another message, but don't do it immediately cause (quoting Rinarin) "We have hundreds of tickets to go through, so bumping tickets while it hasn't even been a day of waiting kinda abuses the priorities and puts your ticket on top of others that might have been waiting for days already".

Knit a sweater, fly a kite, build a gazebo. Just gotta wait for them. If they take mercy on you they'll open more slots. If not, well, the system is set up to punish people who are only looking to abuse/fake the system with bad giveaways so that's why you got locked out.
