What's your favorite kind of potato related food?
Sweet potatoesoesoes. I cut them in half and bake them in a very hot oven (200°C) until they turn almost black. It's meal and dessert in a single dish. Very nice. I like to top them with bananas, raisins and peanuts.

I make sweet potatoes savory. Cut into wedges or really thick fries, toss with salt, fresh ground pepper, olive oil, and some spices like rosemary, garlic powder, and chipotle powder. Bake them in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-35 minutes until they start to brown. So good!

Cubed potatoes with tarragon and some other herbs and spices. Latkes. Spudnuts. (Donuts made out of potatoes. Waaay better than any other donuts I've had!)
