Help with a giveaway

How can i comunicate with the creator of a giveaway i won if he(or she, im just going to asume is a he) didnt log in to SG in the last 5 days, and i cant add him or send any PM to his steam account ? Should i make a ticket with support, or is there a way to send him a PM that i dont know ? I should add that he created 48 GA and has delivered 47 gifts so far, all of them but mine.

Giveaway creators have 7 days to send gifts... has it been seven days yet? If so, then mark the gift as "not received"...

Just add on steam and be patient :(
If a week goes by and you don't get it mark as "not received". They may get back to you at some point.

For some reason the add friend on steam button does not appear on his steam profile, so i cant really comunicate with him through that metod.

don't add him unless that's in the ga description, just wait 7 days and mark it as not received (maybe he's in holidays).

Do not contact them before 7 days have passed since the giveaway ended.
After 7 days, mark it not received and try to contact them (either by leaving a comment on their giveaway or by adding them on Steam). If they don't respond, just leave the giveaway marked as not received, don't create a ticket.
