Hello. I'd like to buy some bundles on Fanatical website to give them away here. One of them i've already bought for myself, though, and the rest is not my genre. So if I'm buying them I'm giving away entire bundle. I wonder, can I get banned on Fanatical for that, as a "key reseller"? Is it against the rules to buy bundle to give it away? If they ban me and I send my GA history from here as a proof, will they unban me?
I'd also like to know how to check available regions for keys from there.

I don't think they will ban you... Many people buy bundles solely for giving away, and how they supposed to know what you do with your games...

First and foremost, let's take a look at the terms of service:

Exploiting the products for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.
By purchasing our products, you agree that they are FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
Our e-commerce platform allows gifting by enabling you to purchase up to 2 serial keys for any one product.
We never raise this limit, so please do not contact us to request that the limit is increased.

So, no reselling (although that was a given), but "personal use" is quite a loose definition.
They specifically mention gifting, and even allow multiple purchases for that purpose, so that should be alright, but be careful anyway.

After all, even Humble technically allows gifting, but considers giveaway sites akin to resellers, and promptly bans "suspicious traders/resellers".
Counterintuitively, extensive use of their gifting system is much more likely to mark you as suspicious in their eyes.

2 copies of one product in one order. They never enforce across all orders

their gifts have the same region locking as keys, so it's kinda pointless in most circumstances.

Oh, keys that I get will be locked to my region? I thought they are always world-wide.

depends on the publisher, but if you live in Russia and the game has a CIS-RU key region lock, if you gift the game, it will still be a CIS-RU key.

Yeah but if I just press "reveal key" and send that key over e-mail, will people from other regions be able to activate it? Cause my price for bundle is about the same as international one from thread on SG (actually, it's even one dollar higher). Wouldn't make sense to region-lock bundle that has same price.
Edit: also, support says region-locked games will have a special note on store page, but I don't know if that is true for bundles or just individual games.

it should be written if the game/bundle is region locked, if no messages anybody on Earth should be allowed to activate it.

Gifting is not personal use though. That's why Humble is wrong to use that term too.

I have never heard of anyone having issue with Fanatical for this kind of things, only with Humble Bundle (rarely).
