I've been using Bluestacks to confirm my trades for over 3 months and it just sucks, yesterday I had to reinstall my windows while keeping all personal data, While trying to run bluestacks it kept giving me errors, reinstalled and stuck on 'Downloading Game Data', Uninstalled and reinstalled with latest version (was using the old lite version), new version seems to work but when I try to run steam app it prompts me to login to steam and requires an authenticator code (My bad luck I always keep backup codes but for some reason I used the last one left a few hours before everything happened!), However I had the emergency code saved, I tried to go deep into recovery options until I was prompted to enter my emergency code in order to set this device as authenticator (seems like all my authenticator data gone although I don't remember that I choosed to delete any) but that didn't work either and gave me an error, however I installed Steam Desktop Authenticator, Uninstalled Bluestacks Forever!, Now before I do anything I want to know if I remove bluestacks with the emergency code I have and create a new authenticator (SDA), will that give me any trade limitations? Thats my story, any help is much appreciated.

So you want to remove current Auth and replace it? At the very worst case there'll be temporary trade ban/cooldown.

Just make sure you keep the emergency code.

15 days is the wait period for inventory items to be listed in the market if you don't have an authenticator enabled when creating the trade.

So just wait 7 days, then make the trade(s).

15 if you haven't had it enabled for at least 7 days
"If a user trading away or selling items hasn't had their account protected by a Mobile Authenticator for the past 7 days:
Trades: starting March 9th, item delivery from completed trades will be delayed by Steam for up to 15 days
Market: starting March 9th, sell listings will be held by Steam before they are posted, for up to 15 days"

You shouldnt have uninstalled bluestacks. Or didnt you? I dont know if there is an import function in SDA too but I migrated to WinAuth perfetly fine without waiting time. It just needed some copy+paste values from https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamBot/comments/41qb32/how_do_i_find_my_shared_secret_and_identity/
